A high proportion of work here is retrofit into occupied buildings, where the practical constraints are working hours, tenant disruption and what can be run through an existing ceiling without opening it up.
Occupied-building retrofit is the norm. Install sequencing and after-hours access tend to drive the schedule more than the equipment does.
