Pricing

All Pricing is quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified. All written price quotes are guaranteed for a minimum of 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped F.O.B. point of shipment by carrier of our choice with freight charges added on invoice, unless otherwise specified. The seller retains the exclusive right to determine the final shipping manner if the seller deems the Customer's instructions unsuitable. Shipments are inspected and made to the common carrier in new condition. Upon securitystores.com transfer to carrier, all damages, loss and responsibility of said merchandise will rest with the purchaser. Retain all original-shipping containers for inspection. Customer must note all damage and shortages on the freight bill upon receipt and file all claims for damages and shortages in writing directly with the carrier within 7 days of delivery. DELAY: Customer's acceptance of goods shall constitute a waiver by Customer of any claim of delay or late delivery by securitystores.com. MINIMUM ORDERS: $500.00 per shipment.

Warranty

All products are sold with a one-year manufacturers limited warranty unless otherwise stated. No warranty will apply if manufacturers seal is broken and/or products are altered or modified in any way. See manufacturers warranty for more details.

Returns

The specific product must still be within the warranty period. The Customer must obtain a Return Authorization Number from securitystores.com Head Office prior to the return. These claims must include the product type, original invoice number, serial numbers and date of sale with reason for return. The Customer is responsible for all transportation charges and must ensure that the Product is properly packaged and shipped prepaid to securitystores.com in its original carton. All returned stock merchandise is subject to a restock charge of not less than 15% of the purchaser's net price for handling and restocking, including any outgoing and incoming freight charges incurred by securitystores.com. Exceptions are incorrect item(s) shipped, incorrect quantity (ies) shipped and defective merchandise in warranty.

Certification

Certificates of origin, warranty or any other certification request must be made at time of quotation.

Liability

In no event will securitystores.com or any of its affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, consequential or incidental damages upon any basis of liability whatsoever even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In addition, securitystores.com does not take any responsibility or assume any liability for the wiring, installation or placement of the equipment Customer purchases, or for the activities of any other individual or entity such as Customer's Company, those who prepare the specifications or any local Authorities who inspect or approve Customer's installation.

Provision

securitystores.com is not required to provide service to a customer who: Owes amounts to securitystores.com that are past due, and/or; The customer does not provide an Authorized Credit Application for securitystores.com Head Office approval.

Credit

Credit terms may be offered upon written approval and unless otherwise stated, Credit may be established by submitting Authorized securitystores.com Credit Application before placement of an initial order. securitystores.com may, but shall not be bound to, extend credit to Customer, and securitystores.com may, in its discretion, modify or withdraw at any time, credit terms extended by it to Customer. securitystores.com may request a Personal Guarantee as part of the Credit Application process.
Confidentiality Unless a Customer consents in writing or disclosure is pursuant to legal power, all information kept by securitystores.com regarding the Customer, other than the customers name, address and telex or listed telephone number is confidential and may not be disclosed by securitystores.com to anyone other than: the Customer or a person who, in reasonable judgment of securitystores.com, is seeking the information as an agent of the Customer, an agent retained by securitystores.com in the collection of the Customers account, provided the information is required for, and is to be used only for that purpose.

AGREEMENT ON GOVERNING LAWS & CONSENT TO JURISDICTION

In addition to the Agreement on Terms and Condition of Sale set forth above, and for the same consideration as recited in such Agreement, Customer, intending to be legally bound hereby, agrees as follows:

1. Acceptance by securitystores.com. This agreement and the Agreement of Terms and Conditions of Sale (both referred to as the "Agreement") shall become effective only when accepted by securitystores.com at its Headquarters office.

2. Governing Law. The agreements and any and all dealings between securitystores.com and Customer shall be construed as having been made or to have taken place in the Province of Ontario, and the Agreements shall be governed in all respects by the laws (other than principle of conflict of laws) of the Province of Ontario and no other jurisdiction.

3. Consent to Jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between securitystores.com and Customer arising out in connection with the Agreements, Customer shall bring suit against securitystores.com only in the Province of Ontario and violation of this covenant will bar recovery by Customer in any other court. Further, Customer consents to the jurisdiction of any court in the Province of Ontario, and hereby waives personal service of process and consents that service may be registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, directed to the customer at the address set forth in the credit application.

By signing below, Applicant hereby acknowledges and agrees to all of the provisions set forth above and attests to financial responsibility, ability and willingness to pay for invoices in accordance with the above terms.
